faulty light switchesinadequate air conditioning
the air conditioning was a real issue i set it to the lowest temperature and highest fan setting before dinner. the room was still too warm when i returned. also, the light switches in the room were faulty a minor annoyance, but it added to the overall frustration.

check-in happened really smooth. the room, i got a superior king room, was super clean and had really nice bedding. dinner was included and the menu had good choices, i think food was delicious too.
bathrobes could be better, one had a hole. i thought a five star hotel would have a toothbrush and toothpaste.

This hotel is special. The room boasted modern design with comfortable seating areas. I particularly loved the thoughtful turndown service. It felt luxurious. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any request.
